- Complete the Working Papers Application
- Complete the Physical Fitness Certification: Physical Fitness
- Email completed Application & Physical Certification via a PDF to: molds@ercsd.org
The Working Card will be mailed to the address on file in the Student/Parent Portal.
Please allow 10 to 12 days for processing and delivery.
